Thank you for visiting and shopping at Stuffed with Love. Remember, shipping is always free at our store! The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping is free on all order in your store
After order processing time, shipping can take between 15 to 21 business days. After you receive your shipping confirmation text or email, please allow 15 to 21 business days for your package to arrive. If it still hasn't arrived or you never received a shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at support@stuffedwithlove.store.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order anytime by inputting your information on our Track Your Order page.
Damages
If you order is damaged, please reach out to us immediately with your order details and pictures of the damage within 15 days. That is 15 days since your item was delivered. We will either issue a replacement of refund. If damage claim is made outside of the 15 day policy, we will be unable to assist in a refund or replacement.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
